Sarah Mayberry has been an auto buy for me since I discovered her two years ago. She's always delivered smart and sexy stories with rootable h/h's. One Good Reason is no exception. A sequel to the previous book, The Last Goodbye, this is the story of the other Adamson Brother, Jon. Again, it deals with the aftermath of an abused household, and IMO it's done beautifully. The romance is much more compelling and believable than that in The Last Goodbye, which I couldn't finish. It also features one of the most explosive sex scenes Ms. Mayberry has written for some time. I feel the last 50 or so pages are a little bit of a drag, hence one minus point. Overall, you have every good reason to go buy this wonderful book.
